EARTH DAY APRIL 21: Bird Walk at Altherr Nature Park 7:30 AM. Located at South Main St in Monticello. 1-3 PM at the City Park "How to use Binoculars for birding" and 9 PM an "Owling" expedition also at the City Park.

 31st ANNUAL MONON FOOD FEST JUNE 2, 10AM-5PM: Located in downtown Monon, IN Bring your family and friends and join us! The fest will feature Food and Craft vendors, Kids' events, Animal Adoptions, Softball and Baseball games, Car Show and Pet Parade! 

RAMINATOR RIDES & CAR CRUSH JUNE 15-16:
Hosted by Hendrickson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Monticello located at 114 N 8th Street, Monticello, Indiana Join us for the FOURTH annual Raminator Car Crush! We are pleased to announce that we will also have a SECOND monster truck giving RIDES! Thank you to Bank of Wolcott, NIPSCO and Sycamore Drive In Monticello for partnering with us to bring the ride truck to Hendrickson. Rides will run Friday (June 15th) and Saturday (June 16th) from 10-5, except when it will shut down for the CAR CRUSH SATURDAY AT 2PM. Additionally, we will have a car cruise-in from 12:00-1:30 PM Saturday before the car crush begins at 2:00 PM. This is a FREE, family-friendly event with food, fun, and cool merchandise! All proceeds from the ride truck, food and merchandise will benefit the Boys & Girls Club of White County 

SPIRIT OF MONTICELLO FESTIVAL JUNE 22-23:
Centrally located between Chicago and Indianapolis on Lake Shafer & Lake Freeman. The Monticello Spirit festival offers something for everyone games, food, classic cars, shopping and in the evening live music & a beer garden.

UP, UP, & AWAY-  WINE AFTER WORK JULY 13, 6 PM-9 PM: Hosted by Whyte Horse Winery located at 1510 S Airport Rd, Monticello. Tethered hot air balloon rides, delicious food and wine.

WHITE COUNTY 4-H FAIR JULY 20-26 Fairgrounds are located at 2 N 25E, Reynolds, IN.
